• كلام الميت غالباً صدقٌ ونصح، فإن أوصى بشيءٍ فيُستحب الأخذ به، فهو في دار الحق.
• مصافحة الميت أو معانقته أو تقبيله تدل على المنفعة وطول العمر وبركةٍ تلحق الرائي.

العطاء والأخذ مع الميت

Seeing a deceased person is among the dreams that most occupy people, especially a beloved relative. Classical interpreters held that the dead are generally truthful in what they say in dreams, since they are in "the abode of truth," and that seeing them carries meanings and lessons according to their state and what they do in the dream. • Seeing the deceased in a good state and beautiful appearance is glad tidings of their good standing with their Lord, and good for the dreamer.
• The words of the dead are usually truth and advice; if they counsel something, it is recommended to heed it, for they are in the abode of truth.
• Shaking hands with, embracing, or kissing the deceased indicates benefit, long life, and blessing reaching the dreamer.
• Speaking with the dead indicates the dreamer's long life and reaching a hope after despair.

Giving and taking with the deceased

• The deceased giving you something (wealth, food, a garment) is good, provision, and benefit from where you did not expect.
• Taking something good from the deceased is provision and blessing; taking something unpleasant is a warning.

The state of the deceased

• The deceased in white or green clothing, or smiling and joyful: a sign of their good state.

If you see your deceased in a state that pleases you, praise God and pray for them.
